Enable cookies for IE6

  1. From the Internet Explorer menu select Tools and then select Internet Options.
  2. From the Privacy tab, click Advanced.
  3. To adjust the settings, click to select Override automatic cookie handling.
  4. Select Accept or Prompt to enable cookies. Click OK.
    • First-party cookies come from the site you are visiting.
    • Third-party cookies come from a third party who has permission from the site you are visiting to send cookies to you.
  5. Click OK.

Enable cookies for IE7

  1. From the Internet Explorer menu select Tools and then select Internet Options.
  2. From the Privacy tab, click Advanced.
  3. Ensure that the Override Automatic Cookie Handling checkbox is unchecked. Click OK.
  4. Select medium or medium-high setting on the Privacy slider.
    • First-party cookies come from the site you are visiting.
    • Third-party cookies come from a third party which has permission from the site you are visiting to send cookies to you.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.


Add safe Web sites to trusted sites

We recommend that you designate this Web site as trusted to allow the site to work correctly under a High security setting.

  1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Trusted sites icon, and then click the Sites button.

  8. Under Security level for this zone, if there is a slider, move it to Medium. If no slider is visible, click the Default Level button and then move the slider up to Medium. This sets the security level for all of the sites that you trust to Medium.
